      The objective of the Total Protection Benefit Package (TPBP), our specialty, is to wholly protect the plan sponsor and their employees from financial loss. Each and every feature has been selected to both maximize protection and maximize resources.

      We encourage employees and/or their family members to call us directly for claims and benefit questions and issues. We aid employees for their children when they age off of the group plans, as well as options for employees if they become Medicare eligible or are terminated from their company.

      Exit Concierge Services Powered by The VIS Team

      When your client participates with the Total Protection Benefit Package (TPBP), their employees don’t have to lose all their benefits just because they’ve separated from the company.

      Our Exit Concierge serves as the conversion point from TPBP Group Association Benefits to TPBP Individual Association Lifetime Member Benefits, providing continued service & support to the individual long after their COBRA packet has been mailed.

      We provide separating employees guidance on options to secure alternative coverage and help make sure these individuals are not left with gaps in coverage. We will review the available COBRA/State Continuation options against the Individual market to identify the best fit.
