What is the Total Protection Benefit Package ?

The Total Protection Benefit Package (TPBP) is an exciting new way to approach Employee Benefits that extends far beyond participation in a group insurance product. We have developed a system that allows us to better protect any plan sponsor or participant by continuing to provide protection through a Lifetime Membership, even when leaving the employment of the plan sponsor. We remain available to all Members to access additional products & services, and most of all, trusted advice.

By engaging plan participants from start to finish through Group & Individual TPBP Memberships and partnering with outside agencies, The VIS Team is uniquely positioned to intervene during points at which individuals often fall through the cracks of the U.S. Healthcare system. This enables us to help prevent both negative health outcomes and increased healthcare spending, which can cumulatively increase the burden on taxpayers and stretch the limits of our healthcare system.

We provide a dedicated team to assist through all stages of implementation, and the Qualifying Events Services & Exit Concierge which serves as the conversion point from TPBP Group Association Member to TPBP Individual Association Lifetime Member.
