Carrier Direct Services Including CareFirst HUB

VIS maintains active appointments with a variety of health & ancillary carriers across the Mid-Atlantic area & select regions of the U.S.. In many cases we have direct access to carrier systems, enabling our dedicated Customer Response Team (CRT) to provide quick turnaround times for enrollment & eligibility changes.

VIS is also a CareFirst Direct Hub Agency, allowing us to provide Hub direct services to our clients. CareFirst Hub is an end-to-end solution for managing transactions at both the group and member levels. We handle new business & renewals processing directly in the carrier system, and enrollment & eligibility changes are turned around within 3 business days complete with ID cards for immediate use.
